CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is what you are probably most aware of when you think of traditional therapy. It is a type of collaboration between the therapist and the client. "Talk therapy'" is an evidence-based approach. You change the ways you think to change your behavior. Changing our thinking patterns is key in self-transformation.
Some strategies may include:
