The Creative/Expressive Arts Therapies:

Creative/Expressive Arts Therapies consist of an array of
creative and artistic processes to promote therapeutic
emotional growth and healing. It utilizes the creative process
as a tool to initiate change. This includes visual arts such as
painting and drawing, poetry, play, dance/movement,
music/rhythm form the basis of expression. These “keys” to
our unconscious mind work directly with our emotional body
for healing.
